THESA2016 brought together over 500 delegates from 67 institutions and organisations in Malaysia and neighbouring regions.
The delegates comprised of both academics and individuals from industry. Speaking at THESA2016 were business leaders who are shaping the future of work and the workplace including Johan Merican (TalentCorp CEO), Harry Kwa (Google Head of Education Asia Pacific), and Vikram Cardozo (General Electric ASEAN Senior Human Resources Director).
Speaking at THESA2016 were 33 acclaimed thought leaders, experts and best – selling authors including Jacob Morgan (author of The Future of Work), Marc Prensky (author of The World Needs a New Curriculum), Professor Louise Stoll (OECD expert on innovative learning environments), Professor Lim Cher Ping (renowned expert on outcomes-based education) and Greg Jansen (leading expert on restorative practices) to name a few.
The speakers at THESA2016 also included learners who shared their experiences and perspectives on holistic education in Malaysia.
THESA2016 also featured Learning Journeys where delegates not only heard, but saw first-hand how holistic education practices and processes have successfully been implemented in two schools in Kuala Lumpur that are known for their exemplary holistic education approaches.
