Innovation is crucial in today’s organisation. Customers’ needs and wants are changing faster than the speed of light. What are the challenges faced in business today? What are the needs of today’s customers? How can organisations deliver the true value of their products and services? There’s a dire need for corporates to work even closer internally and collaboratively. New innovation will spark from more heads than one. Innovation is like the missing bridge to cross to the other side. In this 1-day workshop, participants will be introduced to human-centered innovation tool called design thinking. During the workshop participants will discuss with deeper insights on customers pain points and attempt to innovate from there. They will work collaboratively in the workshop and try out varieties of ideas into action.

His interest is in people development, leadership behavioural change and innovation skills development.
