This workshop will equip educators with the necessary change required to adopt to 21st century corporate culture of producing high performing
Gen-Y and Gen-Z with R.A.C.E. model™, Thriving Talents (2013). The ‘Respect – Adaptable – Communicate – Experience’ (R.A.C.E.) model™ was founded based on Thriving Talents’ years of work with MNC and Governmental sectors clients on attracting, retaining and growing the Gen-Ys and Gen-Zs to become peak performers in their organisations. This model will be presented to educators and corporate management, and to be reflected upon its application to the organisation.
- Illustrate the importance and appreciate Gen-Y & Gen-Z talents according to the current statistics and trends and while discovering strategies to “win” their hearts and respect
- Develop strategies on tackling the gap between Gen-Y, Gen-Z & senior generations in the educational sector by reflecting on current organisational approaches and programmes in retaining and growing them within the higher education institution
- Describe new insights into designing a ‘Growing to – Greatness Culture’ which would bridge their gap while interacting with the Gen-Ys and Gen-Zs talents
Mallory is the co-founder of Thriving Talents and TalentLinkz Resources, which has gotten the interest of banks, insurance companies and MNCs to engage with the youths through her platform. Prior to her entrepreneurship venture, she was trained by world No. 1 consulting firm, Mckinsey & Co.’ under their prestigious Young Leaders Academy. In 2015, she was recognised as a Fellow by President Barack Obama’s Young Southeast Asian Leaders initiatives and has since developed other ASEAN young leaders in Singapore and Jakarta.
